The Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IP Vietnam) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO) continue to pilot the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Program phase 3 for the period of three years (from April 01st, 2022 to March 31st, 2025) after completing the PPH Program phase 2 (from April 01st, 2019 to March 31st, 2022).
