Dr. Han Manh Tien currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is also Director of the Institute for Research and Training in Management (VIM). Previously, he has served as Head of Economic Research at the Institute of Management Science, the State Committee for Science. Mr. Han Manh Tien is Dr. economics, a senior expert with over 30 years experience working in ODA projects and development projects. Dr. Han Manh Tien has extensive knowledge of the legal, institutional policies related to ODA, community development and investment in Vietnam. For years, Mr Tien has served as senior consultant and team leader for the hundreds of studies, surveys and projects funded by the Government and international organizations in Vietnam such as the World Bank, ADB, UNDP, JICA, JBIC, DFID, VNCI ... At the same time he also chaired the drafting groups and the manual book on project management as well as conducting training courses on the management of ODA projects.
