CONCETTI was established on October 15^th 1988 and is now 30 years old. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have gathered in this memorable anniversary.

In a socio-economic environment full of barrier and volatility, 30 years is a long way for a company, especially a consulting firm, to live, work and benefit the community with intellectual work and its career passion. While the average life expectancy of global enterprises is now 18 years, we have the right to be proud of 30 years, 30 years of dynamic and growing and It is also 30 years with ups and downs. But we have existed and developed in many aspects, thanks to the hand of hundreds and thousands of people, with the united slogan "Intelligent, Committed, Honest".

To this day, after 30 years, someone has passed away. Let us all take one minute of silence for those who have been resting, unable to attend our anniversary today.

Dear brothers, sisters and friends!

I am very touched to see in this hall the brothers, sisters and  friends who come from abroad and from all over the country. There are people who have dedicated most of their lives to Concetti, who have dedicated themselves to creating and experiencing the difficult beginnings of the consultancy. Someone has spent their youth to work and study with Concetti, and now they have been being succeeded on the path to prosperity. Someone has worked with us to persevere tirelessly for building a better governance background. Finally, a sincere thank to our beloved ones who have been together, have shared our joys, and always watching, motivating, creating inspiration and strength for us in 30 years.

We can not forget the early days when the concept of "Consultancy" has not appeared in Vietnam, when the consultancy is understood as "lobby", when the consultant has not been named in the classification of national economic career. In that situation, we belong to a small group of leaders in the consultancy, we not only work but also promote the consulting business, contribute to the building of consultancy capacity in Vietnam. We have contributed to the preparation of the Government Decree on Consultancy, the consulting career has been affirmed as a professional job of intellect and that is indispensable in the economy.

We can not forget, in the early days, when the concept of "company" is new and stigmatized, but to ensure the autonomy, independence and objectivity of consultancy, we have established Concetti - a limited company, in spite of the surprisal and even amazement of many friends who is worried that whether a company using intellect to operate can exist or not, in a complex environment at that moment. However, we have preserved, developed, and survived until today.

We also do not forget, in the early days of "opening up", the contact with foreigners is strictly controlled with questions of doubt. We have actively contacted, worked and shared with our international friends for better understanding of our country, people, culture and initial changes in our legal environment. Since then, we have contributed to attracting billions of dollars from direct investment, donation from sponsors and from foreign NGOs, at the time when every locality needs capital to build and rebuild after years of war and embargo. In 1992, Concetti in Laos was established and has been developing until today. In 1994, we established a joint venture with Australia in accounting and auditing - Bourn Grifit, after that we transfered to Grant Thornton. In 2005, we established a joint venture company with Korea (Wise - Concetti a company for Translation and Localization). Currently, this multinational Joint Venture is operating effectively with 4 offices: Hanoi - Bangkok - Giacata - Kulalampur.

We can not forget the implementation times with hundreds of projects: survey, feasibility report, market research report, capacity building and poverty reduction projects, establishing the right and developing the brand name for local specialties projects, etc. Our working groups have stamped and have commemorated in the 63 provinces and cities of the country. You can not forget the hard times, rolling around the field, grappling with the numbers and reporting to draw the judgment, assessment as the basis for the policy. We have had the joy and happiness with no words to describe when the work was completed, when the project products were transformed into factories, urban areas, dams, shrimp ponds, credits, etc, when we see the radiant faces of the people who benefit from the project, the families and companies that are rich by the project. We also enjoy deep spiritual joys from a number of special projects, such as Mai Vang Yen Tu.

We can not forget the night and day with our colleagues from the Ministry of Planning - Investment, Finance, Science - Technology, etc., from the Prime Minister advisory group, to study, to build drafting legal documents related to the consultancy, attracting and managing the use of ODA, the organization and operation of the Project Management Boards, and evaluating the impact of the Investment Law. Interviews, seminars, conferences, debates, stressful sessions, etc are also activities that leave us many lessons, many unforgettable impressions. In return, sometimes we enjoy the silent joy of knowing that the Decrees, Circulars, Plans are approved and issued.

We can not forget the dates with our Lao friends, consult and persuade relevant agencies to re-open the National Register of Intellectual Property. The first 500 international trademark applications you have given to Concetti and together with Lao friend, we commemorated the day of 1000 international applications into Laos, we are very pleased to see the development of IP protection in Laos.

We have been working hard for the past 30 years to address the burning desire of contributing to the diffusion, dissemination of management knowledge, governance and building a better, more effective governance. , more effective for the business community and for the country. The first classes taught by international experts on bidding was held in 1992 - 1993, the bidding book by FIDIC (International Association of Consulting Engineers) was translated into Vietnamese in 1993, as a basic handbook for the establishment of the Law on Tendering in Vietnam. In 1999, the "Institute for Management Research and Training" was established, more than 40 basic books on management and business administration were published, including books such as Director Handbook, Elite of Management has reprinted 3 - 4 times with a total of nearly 10,000 copies. Hundreds of training courses on Project Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Director, Social Consultancy, etc. were organized on average of 100-150 students per class. In 2002, the Manager Magazine was created, with new version every month, creating an extensive forum to share vision, knowledge, skills, experience in governance and identification of management issues. The magazine has been operating to this day and continues to be upgraded, completed to a new level.

In 2007, when Vietnam joined the WTO, the weaknesses and challenges of management became urgent. Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD) was founded (in which, Concetti was one of the founding members. weak). VACD has established representative offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City, three clubs: Human Resource Club, Finance Club, Sales & Marketing Club, with more than 2000 memmbers. They are the leading experts in the areas of governance. In the past 3 years, in average of 2 days there have been an event (conferences / seminars / training / training, etc ...) conducted by the Vietnam Association of Business Owners (VACD). In 2017, Electronic Journal TheLeader - Executive of the Association was established, is gradually becoming a prestigious economic magazine, helping to build a better management.

Interwoven among the work, we also have a lot of emotional memories together like welcominng New Year's Eve at the company and having chicken bowl at late night together, the holiday gathering in Nha Trang, Sam Son, Quan Lan or the picnics to increase the friendship, the attachment and the joyful sharing of each small family.

We have done some things. We have the right to be proud, Concetti has the right to be proud of the past years and the things we have done. In all the jobs, events, up and down periods of Concetti, we all saw the image, the stamp of the effort, the wisdom of most of you who are present today, In this very intimate and emotional atmosphere, on behalf of Concetti, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all of you. Thank fate for creating the conditions for the years we have been together, to collaborate, to share all the good and bad situations together. We come together with a passion for a career, with a passion for work and dedication. But above all, the friendship, human love and the sincerity that we give each other are deeper and stronger than anything. In the end, everything will be faded, only love will light up forever for our joys, beliefs and happiness.

Up to now, Concetti's predecessors have been able to comfortably transfer the responsibilities, mission and desire to continue to preserve, inherit, and sustainably develop Concetti for the next generation of Concetti;
