Since 2010, we have supported many provinces such as Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Son La to develop and manage the trademark of their local agricultural products.. Our brand managementand development projects generally consist of three main phases: i) Establishthe legal rights for local product (in reference with the types regulated by the IP Law), ii) Manage the rights by developing their own regulations, and iii) Support the trademark development of that in the marketplace.
One of our strengths in implementing this consultancy service is that we can cooperate with the Intellectual Property Department to promote the activities related to legal establishment and managementas well as to inherit professional experience from market research services to develop marketing plan.
