PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The projects that we previously supported  were the ODA  (official development assistance) projects for the most part. For the last last five years, however,  we have alsoprovided consulting services to small and medium-scale projects hold by national and international organizations.

Consulting services that related to project management  are concentrated in the fields of feasibility assessment, monitoring and evaluation (M & E), baseline survey, mid-term evaluation, endline survey and impact assessment (post evaluation).

Our research and evaluation results are always considered as the important and reliable measures that help project designers and managers make appropriate adjustments in project design and implementation in order to ensure that the projects are performed the best.
